Categories: Short Story (1000 words max) or Short Poem (70 lines max)

• Submissions may be in the form of short story or short poems. Short Story no more than 1,000 words. Short Poem no longer than 70 lines.
• Submissions may be on any theme or subject.
• One entry only per person.
• This competition is open to people with Special Needs over 18 years of age on the 1st March 2026
• At the end of each entry please include Name, Address and Contact Number
• Post entries to: Listowel Writers’ Week, 24 The Square, Listowel, Co Kerry, V31 RD93.
• Please keep to the word count and include the word count at the end of the entry.
• This Competition Can be entered online.
• Online entries must be either a Word or PDF Document.
• Please ensure that your identification does not appear anywhere on the entry or it may result in disqualification.
