Listowel Writers’ Week is a five day literary and arts Festival which aims promote writing and all its genres throughout the literary community, and to create an environment in which literature can be appreciated by the widest possible audience and where writers and readers celebrate the written word, together. When purchasing through our website we may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

Any purchase made we do hold to the following information through a protected payment processors Paypal, Stripe and Ticketsolve. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent. All data we held is protected.
You can also purchase a ticket (or tickets) in person without providing all personal data.
Listowel Writers’ Week uses Google Analytics, to collect standard internet information and details of visitors visiting. We do this to find out how many people visit various parts of the site. Information we get does not identify anyone, we do not allow Google make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information to tell you about:
- Upcoming events, news and announcements
- If we need to about information we may need or updates
- Check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied and would like to stay on with us.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We analyse email opening and clicks using this mailing service to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
